Investment Criteria

Fortnum Group acquires portfolios of supported living accommodation on a nationwide level.  Our investment criteria are:

  • Larger houses for up to 6 occupants with communal space, including a room for an overnight carer.
  • Up to 12 one bedroom units in a single building.
  • Located in areas which support the integration and inclusion of the occupants.
  • Within easy commuting distance to towns for care teams.

Our partners seek:

  • Equity release from existing properties, with continued tenant and property management of the homes.
  • Expansion of existing portfolios via acquisition of new homes, with long terms leases covered through housing benefits.
