Fortnum’s mission

Fortnum Group’s mission is to support the commitment of the NHS and Local Authorities in integrating Adults with Learning Disabilities into the community, by providing financial solutions to the social housing sector nationwide.

We Believe

We believe that social investment is a force for positive change and it is because of this belief that we choose to specialise in investments that serve society; incorporating trustworthiness and social responsibility into every stage of the investment process.

What we do

Fortnum Group makes significant investments towards the funding requirements of the supported living sector. Fortnum Group acquires existing property portfolios from care providers and/or supports care providers’ expansion plans by the acquisition of new properties. In both cases, the properties are leased back to registered housing providers.
